How do I add my team?

Open Settings, then Members, and invite people by email. Each person picks admin, staff, or volunteer access.

Are messages private?

Direct messages are end to end encrypted. Only the people in the conversation can read them, not even WoodX.

Can volunteers use their phones?

Yes. WoodX works in any modern browser and installs to the home screen. Walk lists keep working without signal.
