Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of WoodX. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

Your account

Keep your sign in details secure and tell us right away if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including the actions of people you invite.

Consent and lawful outreach

• Only message people who have given the consent the law requires for that channel.
• Honor opt-out requests. WoodX processes STOP replies and unsubscribe links automatically, and you may not work around them.
• Include the identification and disclaimers that apply to your messages, including paid for by notices where required.
• Register your text messaging brand and campaigns with carriers when required.

Acceptable use

Do not use WoodX to send spam, to harass or deceive anyone, to impersonate another person or organization, or to break any law. Your use must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms. We may suspend sending or accounts that put recipients or the service at risk.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us permission to host and process it only as needed to provide the service to you.

Third party services

When you connect accounts such as Facebook, your use of those services is also governed by their terms. You can disconnect them at any time.

Availability and liability

We work to keep WoodX available and secure, but the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
