- How does the free trial work?
- Every new workspace gets 3 days with everything on. Add a card to start; you are not charged until the trial ends, and we email you a day before. After that it continues monthly unless you pick 6 months or 1 year. The trial includes a small starter credit for texts.
- How do usage credits work?
- Add prepaid credit to your workspace. Texts, phone numbers, and data come off that balance at cost plus a small margin, and you see every charge in Settings.
- Can I switch terms or cancel?
- Yes. Switch between monthly, 6 months, and 1 year, or cancel, any time from Settings.
- What if I have an access code?
- Enter it when you sign up. A code from us or your team gets you in without a plan.
