WoodX brings your people, your outreach, and your field work into one place. Everything lives in a workspace that belongs to your campaign, organization, or company.

The main areas

• Home shows what needs attention today: replies waiting, your shifts, and what is coming up in the next 7 days.
• Messages is encrypted team chat with direct messages, groups, and broadcast channels. Text conversations with contacts show up here too.
• Campaigns sends email and text blasts to lists and segments, with live reports.
• Phone manages your texting numbers, volunteer texting, and texting compliance.
• Email senders connects the mailboxes and sending services your campaigns go out from.
• Contacts and Data hold everyone you reach: imports, voter files, lists, segments, and compliance settings.
• Canvass draws turf, makes walk packets, and runs door knocking on phones, even offline.
• Studio designs graphics, flyers, door hangers, and yard signs in your brand.
• Social, Calendar, and Ads plan posts, events and shifts, and show paid results.

Where to start

1. Set your brand kit in Studio so every template uses your colors and fonts.
2. Import contacts in Contacts or on the Data page.
3. Invite your team in Settings, People.
4. Send a test campaign to yourself.
