Emails from WoodX and spotting fakes

WoodX sends account email (confirming your address, sign in alerts, password resets, invites, and support replies) from info@jwoodtechnologies.com. It is sent separately from your campaigns and never uses your connected email senders.

We will never

• Ask for your password, two step code, or backup codes by email, text, or phone.
• Ask you to install software to fix your account.

If an email looks wrong, do not click it. Open woodx.live yourself and check Settings, Security. Forward anything suspicious to info@jwoodtechnologies.com.
