Turn on two step sign in

Two step sign in is recommended for everyone and required for owners and admins of a real workspace.

Authenticator app

1. Open Settings, Security, and choose Authenticator app.
2. Scan the QR code with 1Password, Google Authenticator, Authy, or your phone's password app.
3. Enter the six digit code it shows.
4. Save your 10 backup codes somewhere safe, like a password manager. Each works once if you lose your phone. You will not see them again.

Need new codes? Choose Make new codes. Your old backup codes stop working.

If a code does not match

Codes change every 30 seconds. Check that the time on your phone is set automatically and try the newest code.
