When ad numbers look out of date

Ad numbers refresh every hour on their own. Choose Sync to refresh right away.

If numbers are missing

• Meta can take a few hours to finalize numbers for today. Yesterday and earlier are more reliable.
• Check that the ad account is still connected. If the Facebook account that connected it lost access, connect again.
• Nothing to sync yet means no ad account is linked. Choose Connect your Meta ad account.
• Make sure the date range covers when your ads ran.
