What can cost money

• Texting numbers from WoodX have a monthly price, shown before you buy. Texts are billed by segment. See Text segments and what a text costs.
• Phone, Usage shows texts sent, segments, and spend for the month.
• Sending services and your own Twilio or Telnyx account bill you directly through those services.

Plans and higher limits

Owners are the billing contact for a workspace. For plan questions, invoices, receipts, or higher daily sending limits, contact support with the Account and billing topic and we will help.
