Roles and permissions

Roles decide what each person can see and change. Set them in Settings, People.

• Owner: full control, billing, and can delete the workspace.
• Admin: manages people, integrations, and every module. Admins handle keys, numbers, senders, and compliance settings.
• Staff: works in every module: contacts, campaigns, designs, turf, posts, ads, and the WoodX AI assistant.
• Volunteer: messages, assigned turfs, and shifts. Volunteers do not see contact lists, ad spend, or campaigns.

Rules that keep a workspace safe

• Admins cannot change or remove owners or other admins. Only owners can.
• Owners and admins must turn on two step sign in before they can open a real workspace.
• Every role change is recorded in the audit log.
