Use the WoodX AI assistant

Open the assistant from the WoodX AI box on Home or the WoodX AI button in the header. Ask about your workspace, or start with a suggestion.

Good things to ask

• What should we focus on this week?
• Draft a text inviting volunteers to this weekend's shifts.
• How did our last email do?
• Write a short thank you email to new donors.

What it knows

The assistant sees a summary of your workspace: contact and list counts, recent email and text results, replies waiting, canvassing progress, upcoming events and scheduled sends, and ad results. It does not read individual encrypted messages.

Texts it drafts stay under 300 characters and start with {first_name}. WoodX adds the opt out line when the text is sent. The assistant is for staff and admins.
