WoodX AI allowance and privacy

Daily allowance

Each workspace can use WoodX AI for 300 writing requests and 60 images a day. The allowance resets at midnight UTC. If you reach it, the app tells you and everything else keeps working.

Privacy

• WoodX AI only sees what a request needs: your prompt, and for the assistant, a summary of your workspace.
• Encrypted messages are never sent to WoodX AI.
• Your prompts and workspace data are not used to train AI models, and they are never shared with other workspaces.

Accuracy

WoodX AI can be wrong. Check facts, names, dates, and anything about voting before you send. Political copy must stay truthful.
