Summarize replies

Choose Summarize replies on Home or in the assistant. WoodX AI reads the most recent replies to your text and email campaigns and returns:

• A short summary of what people are saying.
• The main themes, with how many replies mention each.
• People worth a reply: anyone asking a question, asking for help, or upset.

Suggest segments

Choose Suggest segments. WoodX AI proposes audiences, like Likely voters, Ward 3. Every suggestion is checked against your real contact fields and counted before you see it, so it never suggests a segment that matches nobody. Choose Save to add it to Contacts, then pick it as a campaign audience.
