Compliance settings

Data, Compliance holds the settings that keep your outreach within the law. Admins can change them.

• Mailing address shown in email footers: every bulk email shows your postal address and an unsubscribe link. Email campaigns cannot send until an address is set. A PO box or a registered mail drop is fine.
• Texting, TCPA consent: turn on Only text people with consent on record to require consent for every text.
• Do Not Call numbers: upload your list. Those numbers never get texts.
• Delete voter file data after: voter data is deleted automatically once it is older than the period you set, or choose Keep until I delete it.
