The suppression list

Addresses that never get a campaign, even if imported again.

Unsubscribes, bounces, spam complaints, Do Not Call numbers, and addresses you add by hand go on your suppression list. Every campaign checks it, so a person who opted out stays out even if they come back in a later import.

Add addresses by hand

In Data, Compliance, choose Suppress emails. Paste one per line, or choose a text or CSV file. Anything that is not a valid address is skipped.

Admins can remove an entry if it was added by mistake. Removals are logged.
