A contact's record

Open anyone in Contacts to see their record.

• Name, email, mobile phone, street address, and any fields from your import.
• Email status and Text status: whether they can receive each, and why not if they cannot (unsubscribed, bounced, marked as spam, invalid number, or no consent).
• Tags and lists. Add or remove them right on the record.
• Recent outreach: the campaigns, texts, and door knocks that reached them.

Choose New contact to add one person by hand. Export any view of contacts as a CSV from Contacts.
