Find business contacts and connect your CRM

Search Apollo, People Data Labs, or Hunter, or pull from HubSpot and Pipedrive.

On Data, Sales, an admin can connect a provider with its API key. Keys are checked when you add them, encrypted, and only ever sent to that provider.

Search and import

  1. Choose Search on a connected provider.
  2. Search by title, location, company website, or keywords.
  3. Pick the people you want and choose Import. They are tagged with the provider's name.

Connect a CRM

HubSpot uses a private app access token with the contacts read scope. Pipedrive uses your personal API token. Pull contacts in, and they are matched to people already in WoodX.

Clean a list

Verify emails before you send, check which phone numbers are mobile, and fill in job titles and companies. Invalid emails stop getting campaigns so they do not hurt your sending reputation.
