Safety numbers and new device notices

Each direct message has a safety number in Conversation info. It is built from both people's encryption keys, so it is the same on both of your screens only when nobody is in the middle.

Compare it

1. Open the conversation and tap its name to see Conversation info.
2. Read the safety number to each other on a call or in person.
3. If it matches, you are talking to the right person.

New device notices

WoodX remembers the first key it sees for each teammate. If their key changes, WoodX stops and asks you to compare the safety number before it encrypts anything to the new key. This usually means they set up a new device. If you were not expecting it, check with them before you continue.
