Replies and the text inbox

When someone replies to a text, the conversation shows up in Phone, Inbox, and in Messages next to your team chats, so nothing gets missed.

• Open a thread to see the full history with that person, including campaign texts.
• Reply right there. Your reply goes out from the same number they texted.
• The contact's name and details show at the top, linked to their record in Contacts.
• STOP, HELP, and START replies are handled for you. See Texting rules: consent, STOP, and quiet hours.
