Bounces and complaints
WoodX listens for bounce and spam complaint notices from your sending service. An address that hard bounces or marks you as spam is added to your suppression list automatically and is never emailed again. This protects your sending reputation.
Email senders, Deliverability shows your bounce rate, complaint rate, unsubscribes, and suppressed addresses. For Resend, add the webhook address shown on the sender's Settings and webhook page in Resend, then paste its signing secret back in WoodX. Gmail, Microsoft, and SMTP mailboxes get bounces back as email in the mailbox.
Opens and clicks
- Opens are counted with a tiny image. Many email apps load images automatically or block them, so treat opens as an estimate.
- Clicks are counted through signed links that send people straight to your page.
The law
Every campaign email carries your postal address and a one click unsubscribe link, as the CAN-SPAM Act requires. Set the address once in Data, Compliance. Until it is set, email campaigns cannot be sent.
