Set up your sending domain
SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and return path records, with live checks.
Sending from your own domain (like news@yourcampaign.org) gets more email into inboxes. Gmail and Yahoo require SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for bulk mail. The Domains tab in Email senders walks you through it.
- Choose Add a sending domain and enter the domain in your from address, like yourcampaign.org.
- Choose every service that sends email for this domain, including your everyday mailbox provider. SPF must list all of them in one record.
- Choose Get records. WoodX builds the DNS records you need: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and a return path.
- Copy each record into your domain's DNS settings at your registrar or DNS host.
- Come back to Domains. Each record gets a green check as soon as it is live, and the domain shows Verified when all are.
DNS changes usually show up within minutes but can take up to an hour. If a check stays gray, compare the record name and value carefully: a missing dot or an extra space is the usual cause.
