Daily sending limits

Mailbox providers cap how many emails one account can send a day. Email senders shows the remaining quota for each connected mailbox.

Mailbox limits

• Gmail: 500 a day.
• Google Workspace: 2,000 a day.
• Microsoft 365: 10,000 a day.
• Outlook.com: 300 a day.

Sending services like Amazon SES, Resend, Postmark, and SendGrid have their own limits set in your account with them.

WoodX workspace limits

New workspaces start with a daily limit that grows: 500 messages a day in the first week, 5,000 a day in the first month, then 25,000. This stops a brand new account from blasting a purchased list. Contact support if you need more.
