Reading a campaign report

Open any sent campaign to see its report. Numbers update live while it sends.

• Recipients: everyone it went to.
• Delivered: accepted by the inbox or the phone carrier.
• Opened and clicked (email): see Bounces, complaints, opens, and clicks for how these are counted.
• Replied (text): texts people sent back. Replies to email go to your reply to address.
• Failed or bounced, and Opted out.

The timeline shows activity over time, and each number opens the people behind it. Duplicate a campaign from the list to send it again to a new audience.
