Send your first email or text campaign

1. Open Campaigns and choose New campaign.
2. Pick email or text and a starting point. You can change everything after.
3. Write it. Use merge fields like the first name to make it personal.
4. Choose the audience: lists and segments to include, and lists to leave out.
5. Send a test to yourself.
6. Choose Review and send, then Send now or Schedule.

The audience count already leaves out people who unsubscribed, bounced, are on your suppression list, or (for texts, when you require it) have not given consent. People who opt out before it goes out are skipped automatically.

Dry run

Until an email sender or a texting number is connected, sends run as a dry run: everything works and the report fills in, but nobody gets a message. Connect one in Email senders or Phone to send for real.
